Usage: Adults and children from 6 years of age take 1-2 sachets per day, mixed with juice, yogurt or smoothie in the first half of the day during meals. It is not recommended to use during pregnancy and lactation.

Polyphenols have an astringent taste in the mouth (like after eating an chokeberry or chewing a grape stone), which may not be very pleasant for children. Therefore, it is recommended to mix the powder with thick juice, drinkable yogurt, smoothie or mix it into porridge, mashed berries, nut butter. When mixing with water or other liquid, the powder should be added in a small amount so that the entire content can be swallowed in one or two sips.
