Ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides (chicory root inulin), viable bacteria: Lactococcus lactis R1058, Lactobacillus casei R0215, Lactobacillus helveticus R0052, Bifidobacterium bifidum R0071, maltodextrin.

One packet contains: 5 billion viable bacteria resistant to stomach acid and bile salts 300 mg of fructooligosaccharides.

May contain traces of soy and milk from the culture medium.

Usage: Drink 1 sachet per day. Add the contents of the sachet to a small amount of room temperature water and wait 20-30 seconds until the fibers in the composition swell. Then mix it with the spoon in the package and drink it. The powder can also be mixed with drinks or food at room temperature (yogurt, kefir, puree). Suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation.
